Fall 2018 fashion bring a blast from the past

Kristen Vonnoh

The collections from New York Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week brought about a wind of change for the upcoming season. Instead of focusing on basic fall attire, the designers really stepped it up. Here are some crucial trends heading our way this fall.

  1. Animal Print Prints are everywhere this season. Cheetah, leopard, zebra. Take your pick. Whether you’re looking to go all out or just accessorize with it, you can’t go wrong with a little print in your closet. I’ve already snagged a super cute cheetah print scarf.

  2. Brown Is brown the new black? Designers like Calvin Klein, Givenchy and Balenciaga would say that this season it is. Ditch those black skinny jeans and opt for a brown corduroy pant.

  3. Textures (Leather, Latex, Mesh) Speaking of corduroy, make sure to have a variety of textures in your closet this fall and winter. From leather and lace to mesh tops over sweaters, experiment with as many different styles as possible.
